If
you’ve battled with carrying three pairs of skis to the lift each
morning and ended up exhausted even before making your first tracks in the snow then
you'll understand why this award winning, revolutionary ski carrying aid
is a must-have for all skiing families.
What is a PortaSki?
The Portaski is a simple to
operate carrying device that enables adults and small children alike to easily
transport skis over firm ground or snow & ice.
How does
the PortaSki Work?
The
Portaski consists of a
small wheel-sled and detachable handle. The wheel-sled fits neatly over
the tail of the skis and fastens with a velcro strap, whilst the handle
attaches to the front of the skis so that they can be pulled along
with 70% of the ski's weight being taken by the PortaSki.
The patented
wheel-sled runs smoothly over firm ground and cuts it's own track in soft
snow, therefore preventing your skis from sliding downhill when traversing a slope. When you arrive at the piste the the PortaSki folds neatly away to fit your
pocket or rucksack.
Where can
I buy a PortaSki?
The PortaSki costs just
£19.99, it's available in Blue, Yellow or Pink and can be
ordered either:
Online from PortaSki.com or by
Telephone on 0870 950

Reviews of the PortaSki

At The Mail On Sunday
"If you are one of those gallant chaps who ends up with aching
shoulders every year as you insist on lugging your partner's skis
around as well as your own, then the Portaski could be just the thing
for you...of course, it's great for skiing families as well, allowing
youngsters to carry their own equipment easily. I think it's a
bargain..."

"It got lots of admiring looks and comments that people had never seen
one before and wanted to get one so I gave them the website details.
Thanks"

"Yes, I have had the opportunity to test out the Porta Ski and it works
well it is much easier than carrying them on your shoulder. No one has
had the courage yet to come up to me and ask where I purchased it, but
I have seen people looking as I walk by. Kind regards"
